Note from the Chair

As an integral part of the Faculty of Humanities, the Department of Media Studies at NDU offers a diverse range of academic programs designed to equip students for success in the dynamic world of media. Our undergraduate offerings include a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, with a choice of two emphases: Journalism and Electronic Media, or Radio and Television, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing.

For those seeking to further their education, our graduate level programs beckon with opportunities to earn a Master's degree in Media Studies. We offer three compelling concentrations: Advertising, Television Management and Production, and Electronic Journalism and Public Relations.

In recognition of the ever-evolving nature of the media landscape, we are steadfast in our commitment to provide students with cutting-edge academic tools that bridge theory and practice. Our aim is to empower our students to seamlessly integrate into the industry and produce ethical, responsible, competitive, and innovative content.
