Pre-Orientation is a mandatory session for all first-year undergraduate students.
Your academic journey at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) begins here. Orientation is your official welcome to the University and marks the beginning of your transition into NDU’s academic and student life. During this period, you will meet your advisors, register for your courses, take your medical exam, and begin forming meaningful connections with peers, faculty, and staff.
To help you prepare, we’ve outlined a clear set of steps and essential information you must review and complete before the start of classes.
Registration Guidelines
You will meet with your academic advisor to review your program of study and receive step-by-step guidance through the registration process.
Medical Examination
All new students are required to undergo a mandatory medical examination located at NDU's Medical House before registration. You must submit your completed Medical Record Form prior to the course registration and settling the medical test fee at the business office.
Tuition, Payment, and Financial Aid
Tuition Payment
Review the yearly payment schedule and available payment methods. Ensure your account is settled within the designated timeline.
Financial Aid
Students seeking financial assistance must apply as early as possible.
Campus Services
Parking Registration

Housing (If Applicable)
