Rebecca El Khoury is an agricultural engineer specialized in plant protection and sustainable agriculture. She holds a Master’s degree from the Lebanese university in plant protection and she was ranked first, and she is also a last year student seeking her Executive master’s in business administration degree from Université La Sagesse.
She is currently working as a capacity development officer with an International non-governmental organization “ACTED”, she was also a research assistant and trainer in the environmental and sustainable development unit “ESDU” at the American University of Beirut and an assistant manager for two years in Yammine Est. Dekwaneh.
Rebecca is a passionate researcher with a demonstrated experience of giving trainings (In both agriculture and Business/Marketing topics: especially sustainable agriculture, Plant production and protection, integrated pest management, Agricultural marketing mix) for farmers, SMEs, refugees, municipalities.
She has also an experience as a TV presenter, she presented an agricultural and educational TV program called “Woman in the Field” on Mariam TV.
