Academic Records and Registrar Services

Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) provides comprehensive academic and administrative support through the Office of the Registrar. This includes access to transcripts, certificates, course documentation, and various academic forms. The following guide outlines the procedures, available services, and resources for students and alumni.

 

Transcripts

Viewing Courses and Grades

Students may access their transcript, program sheet, and course load via the Student Information System (SIS).

Requesting Transcripts

Electronic Transcript (Parchment):
Official electronic transcripts can be requested through Parchment, NDU’s secure transcript service provider. Requests are subject to applicable fees. Step-by-step instructions are available in the Parchment Learner Quick Start Guide.

Physical (Hard Copy) Transcript:

Physical transcripts may be requested using one of the following methods:

  • In person: Complete the Transcript Request Form at the Office of the Registrar.
  • By email: Submit the completed Transcript Request Form to registrar@ndu.edu.lb.
  • Via Parchment: Subject to applicable fees.
 
Processing Time:
Transcript requests are typically processed within two working days, excluding delivery time.

Delivery Options:
  • Courier Service (Physical Copy): Delivery within 5–7 working days (outside Lebanon), including a tracking number.
  • Parchment (Electronic Delivery): Direct delivery to the recipient as per Parchment’s processing timelines and fees.

Authorization for Collection:
Authorized representatives may collect transcripts if they present a valid ID and authorization. This applies to in-person, email, and Parchment local pickup requests.

Financial Holds:
Students with outstanding balances must settle their account with the Business Office before a transcript can be issued.

Certificates and Documents

The Office of the Registrar facilitates requests for various certificates and official documents.

Enrollment Certificates

To request an enrollment certificate:

1. Complete the Request Form.
2. Ensure your financial account is clear.
3. Submit the form to the Office of the Registrar or email it to registrar@ndu.edu.lb.

Degree Verification

Complete the Request Form, clear any financial obligations, and submit it to registrar@ndu.edu.lb.

Certificates and Documents in Arabic (e.g., NSSF, Lebanese Army, General Security)

1. Complete the Arabic Request Form.
2. Ensure your financial account is clear.
3. Submit the form to the Office of the Registrar or email it to registrar@ndu.edu.lb.

 

Course Information

Course Descriptions

Authenticated course descriptions can be obtained by printing or scanning the relevant catalog pages and submitting them to the Office of the Registrar.
Navigate to: Academics → Office of the Registrar → Catalog, and select the catalog corresponding to your year of admission.

Course Syllabi

Contact the Administrative Assistant of your Faculty Department or the Dean to obtain authenticated course syllabi.
