Admissions Requirements

Required Documents

  • A certified copy of the Bachelor's degree from the University or its equivalent, certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education (NDU graduates only need to submit a non-certified regular copy).
  • A certified copy of the Lebanese Baccalaureate Part II or its equivalent (NDU graduates only need to submit a regular copy).
  • A photocopy of the National Identity Card (if Lebanese) or Passport (if foreign).
  • One recent passport-size photo.
  • Two letters of recommendation (1 Academic and 1 Professional) (excluding NDU graduates).


NDU graduates applying for graduate studies are exempt from taking the English Entrance Test (EET). All other applicants who do not submit standardized test scores must sit for the NDU EET at NDU and should adhere to the examination dates as specified. These dates are the same as the test dates set for undergraduate applicants, as shown in the Admissions Guide and on the official NDU website.


MBA applicants must also provide the following documents:
  • Official Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score (excluding applicants holding doctoral degrees).
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Employment certificate.

MS in Engineering applicants must additionally provide the following documents:
  • Official GRE score.
  • Curriculum Vitae.


Applicants are required to submit original or certified copies of all the necessary documents. Please note that all documents become the property of NDU regardless of the admissions decision.

Other Requirements

Individual Faculties reserve the right to request additional documentation for admission to graduate programs. This may include recommendations from employer(s), interviews, and samples of the student's work (portfolio) or personal statements.
