NDU is in the process of introducing a new Performance Management system. As a result, the University Office of Human Resources is organizing several training sessions to assist NDU performance managers in exploring the effective framework of this system.
The sessions covered a number of key areas, such as the definition of
performance management, employee roles and responsibilities, performance
standards, the Observe, Record, Classify and Evaluate (ORCE) model,
employee development, and employee rewards.
- Micheline Husseini Timbrell, Managing Director at Phi Management Group conducted the initial training sessions, which took place on January 20 and 21, 2017, and February 25, 2017, at the main campus.
