Given the current conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenging situation in the country, the Council of Deans (COD) has approved, in its meeting held on October 6, 2021, to partially restore the learning environment adopting a hybrid attendance system.
All regular 3-credit undergraduate classes will resume normal face-to-face delivery mode two days a week, Monday and Thursday, starting October 11, 2021. The current remote delivery mode will continue during the remaining days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday). The objective is to gradually start reactivating the campuses and restore normal student life.
Courses officially involving students from the North Lebanon campus (NLC) and the Shouf Campus (SC) are to continue online until the end of the semester. Moreover, all classes listed as hybrid on the SIS should continue as indicated by the concerned Faculty. The decision concerning all other classes (1-cr courses, 2-cr courses, projects, graduate courses…) is to be taken at Faculty level as deemed appropriate with the safety of the students and faculty in mind.
We kindly appreciate adherence to the rules and regulations concerning safety and health protocols, as issued by the NDU HR Office, in line with Lebanese official authorities.
We look forward to welcoming you back on campus!
