The seminar aims at presenting how the astounding successes of psychoanalysis as well as its concepts and teachings seduced and inspired cinema in enriching its themes and creating its characters; thereby, contributing to the diffusion of cultural psychology.

The seminar aims at presenting how filmmakers, influenced by the great philosophical currents, have described the various stages of Man’s awareness of himself and of his existential problems.
