The Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) Libraries will now contain more than 4,000 books and musical scores from the USA, following an agreement signed between NDU President Fr. Walid Moussa and Lebanese Band Association for the Promotion of Music (LeBAM) President Ghassan Moukhaiber.
Access to these valuable resources will be made readily available to any person interested in music and musical instruction, and/or any person interested in learning to play a musical instrument (whether the person is a member of the NDU community or not). The NDU Libraries have begun the process of entering the materials into the Online Library System (OLIB) to ensure both on- and off-campus searchability from any Internet-enabled computer or mobile device.
The Mariam and Youssef Main Library will hold all items in stacks and provide Building Use Only (BUO) access for members of the NDU community and the public.
