The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU), in collaboration with the ASCE Lebanon Section and the Office of Student Affairs, invites students, faculty, and professionals to a seminar examining the structural and engineering imperatives of post-war reconstruction.
The session features keynote speaker Rabih Kammourieh of Khatib and Alami, who will present on the structural assessment and rehabilitation of post-conflict buildings, with an emphasis on technical approaches, applied methodologies, and case-based insights from regional practice.
The seminar encourages critical academic engagement with current reconstruction efforts and supports professional exchange through a closing buffet and networking session.
