The Office of Research and Graduate Studies at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) will host a seminar highlighting the recent contribution of Dr. Roudi Baroudi through his newly published book, One Key, Multiple Prizes: Settling Maritime Boundaries Among Cyprus, Lebanon, and Syria. The event, scheduled for Thursday, December 18, 2025, in the Abou Khater Auditorium, will present an in-depth examination of the geopolitical, legal, and economic dimensions of maritime boundary delimitation in the Eastern Mediterranean. Dr. Baroudi’s work offers a comprehensive framework for understanding how equitable and clearly defined maritime borders among Cyprus, Lebanon, and Syria can unlock significant strategic advantages, including conflict reduction, resource optimization, and regional stability.

In alignment with NDU’s mission to support student advancement, all proceeds from the book sale will contribute directly to Student Financial Aid.
