The Department of Sciences at the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU), cordially invites the university community to attend a seminar titled “Fibromyalgia: When Pain Meets Mental Fatigue”, presented by Dr. Hanina Abi Nader, Member of the Advisory Board, FNAS.
This insightful session will explore the dual impact of fibromyalgia on both the body and mind. The discussion will shed light on the chronic pain, persistent fatigue, and cognitive challenges that define the condition, while also highlighting current perspectives in diagnosis, research, and patient care. Through an interdisciplinary lens, Dr. Abi Nader will examine how the intricate relationship between pain perception and mental fatigue influences overall well-being, underscoring the importance of integrated approaches to understanding and managing fibromyalgia.
