The Faculty of Engineering at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU), in collaboration with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), will host EFx NDU 2026, the leading engineering student event in the Middle East. Scheduled for February 6–7, 2026, the event provides students with a platform to enhance their engineering knowledge and skills through a combination of technical instruction, experiential learning, and professional engagement.
The program features specialized tracks in Robotics, Automation, and Smart Systems, delivered through technical presentations, interactive simulations, and hands-on activities. Students will also participate in the ASME Innovative Additive Manufacturing 3D (IAM3D®) Challenge, gaining practical experience in advanced manufacturing technologies. Additional sessions will address 3D printing, soft and hybrid composites, and emerging materials, reflecting the latest innovations in engineering and materials science.
