The Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU), through its Department of Accounting and Finance, is pleased to present a seminar titled, "Digital Transformation in the Financial Sector: Opportunities, Risks, and Governance." This seminar will explore the evolving landscape of digital innovation within the financial sector, emphasizing the strategic opportunities it offers, the potential risks involved, and the governance frameworks necessary for effective implementation.
The event features distinguished guest speakers: H.E. Dr. Manal Abdel Samad, former Lebanese Minister of Information and a recognized expert in fiscal policy, governance, and digital transformation; and Osama BenSaleh Bukhari, Group CEO of Alfaris International Group, Head of the Banking Committee, and Deputy Head of the Digital Economy Committee under the International Chamber of Commerce, Saudi Arabia. Their insights will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the impact of digital transformation on financial institutions, regulatory compliance, and organizational strategy.
