Event Details
- Opening: Friends Hall, Monday, April 7, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
- Main Event: Open Area, NDU Main Campus
Monday, April 7 and Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Registration Deadline: Friday, March 7, 2025
- Guests: To be announced
- Coffee Break: Ongoing throughout the event for participants

Stands
- Stand Dimensions: 2x2 meters in size, 2.5 meters in height
- Cost: USD 350 (payable in cash at the Business Office)
- Inclusions: Each stand comes equipped with one table, two chairs, and prominently displays your company name on the front.
- Reservation Deadline: Friday, March 7, 2025
