Kristin Shamas, MA, PhD Candidate

LERC Research Affiliate, Shamas is holder of an M.A. in modern Middle East history, a Fulbright scholar preparing her doctoral dissertation for the Department of Communication at the University of Oklahoma on Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and Identity Construction in Post-Occupation South Lebanon. She continues with her research and cooperates on development of her father’s database on Lebanese in Oklahoma.
