Accommodation and Transportation
Participants will be accommodated in NDU Dorms for four nights, with three delegates sharing a room. Transportation to and from the university, as well as the touristic day, will be provided.
Program Package
Conference Dates:
- Final Conference Day 1: April 13 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
- Final Conference Day 2: April 14 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
The package for international schools costs Four Hundred US Dollars per delegate and covers all expenses except for the plane ticket and visa. The breakdown is as follows:
Registration Fee:
Forty US Dollars per delegate, which includes:
- Complimentary lunch and two coffee breaks during both days of the final conference.
- Cultural Bash on the first day of the Final conference.
Accommodation Fee:
One Hundred and Thirty US Dollars per delegate, which includes:
- Four nights' stay at NDU Dorms with three delegates sharing a room.
- Insurance covering the stay.
Touristic Day Fee:
One Hundred US Dollars per delegate, covering:
- Three meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Entry to all touristic, historic sites, and natural reserves.
- Transportation to all destinations.
- Fun activities.
Additional Meals:
- Three breakfasts (excluding the one during the touristic day) at Fifteen US Dollars per delegate, will be served as follows:
- Two of these breakfasts will be provided on conference days.
- The third breakfast will be served on the departure day.
- Two dinners (excluding the one during the touristic day and the cultural bash) at Seventy US Dollars per delegate, will be served as follows:
- A welcome dinner will be provided on the arrival day.
- The second dinner will be served on the second day of the conference.
Transportation Fee:
Forty-Five US Dollars per delegate, covering:
- Airport transfer to NDU upon arrival.
- Transportation for the entire touristic day.
- Airport transfer from NDU for departure.
