The organizers and participating institutions are committed to facilitating in-person attendance and presentations. However, we recognize that the current situation in Lebanon may raise concerns related to travel and safety. Therefore, virtual sessions will be made available for participants who are unable to attend in person due to these concerns, travel expenses, or work commitments.
In the event that unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to hold the conference in person, the event will be conducted online, in accordance with any applicable legal requirements.
