#NDUERS AT THE 25TH ANNUAL HORECA

The Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Notre Dame University- Louaize (NDU) students, participated and were all recognized, in the 25th edition of “HORECA” trade show themed “From Lebanon to the World”, held at BIEL on March 20, 2018, for four days of exhibitions, networking and competitions. This annual meeting place for the hospitality and foodservice industries has become synonymous with networking, innovation and knowledge-sharing over its long history.

Winners of the competition were announced on March 21, 2018, as follows:

Junior chef competition Silver Medal:

Junior chef competition Bronze Medal:

Lebanese appetizers competition Silver Medal:
