Location: Issam Fares Hall / Main Campus, Zouk Mosbeh
The Department of GIR and Human Rights Club at The Faculty of Law and Political Science at NDU is organizing the 5th Human Rights Trivia Competition. Its objectives are to educate students with new significant information about human rights that they do not learn in their study programs. The main judges of the competition for this year are Dr. Nidal Jardi, Dr. Chady Al-Hajjal, Dr. Karim El Mufti, Dr. Jean Piere Katrib and Mr. Georges Ghali.
Requirements for Participants to Apply
High School Students. The students must be chosen from the first and second secondary classes. There are 20 schools who have confirmed their attendance. The estimated size of the guest list is between 150 and 200.
Timeline of the Activity
Due to the increasing number of schools the two rounds will be done on two different dates January 13th & 20th.
January 13 from 3:00 p.m. till 6:30 p.m. in Issam Fares Hall
January 20 from 3:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. in Issam Fares Hall
However, the training sessions will take place on the 19th of November and on the 3rd of December from 9:30 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. in FA 0004, Faculty of Architecture Arts and Design.
