The following official hotels are located around the area of the university and can accommodate, we believe, all budgets. Individuals are responsible for making their own hotel reservation. It is advised to make reservations early as hotels fill-up quickly during the holidays season.

A Shuttle bus will be provided by the conference for attendees to use between the university and the official hotels listed above on daily basis (frequency to be posted later).

Many hotels are located in the area and may be contacted if needed. Please note however that no commuting services are provided. Attendees are responsible of their own transport hotel/university.

On-campus accommodation (dormitories) is also possible for a minimum fee per night without the associated services. Please contact the organizers for more details. 

Notes:

• Most hotels offer an airport pick-up service
• ACTEA Conference attendees are kindly asked to quote the conference title “ACTEA 2016, NDU”, when they contact their prospective hotels for reservation purposes.
• Coffee breaks and Lunches will be provided at the location of the conference.
