Registration fees include the conference materials (soft proceedings, bag, nametag, …) and social events (lunches, coffee breaks, gala dinner, …). It is noteworthy to mention that registration is a pre-requisite to having your paper(s) included in the proceedings. The process is a two-step process: upload your final paper, including the reviewers’ comments if any, via the conference portal, and then fill out and submit your registration form through the conference website. Your registration will be confirmed once both steps are completed and the fees received.

Each registration entitles its holder to a maximum of two presentations (corresponding to two co-authored papers). Accompanying persons’ are welcome at the same rate in case they would like to attend all conference activities.

NB: Kindly note that paying by wire transfer is associated with extra fees and you need to consider the corresponding cost if you adopt such a payment technique. In such a case, the NET registration amount should be received by the deadline of June 3, 2016, for your registration to be valid.
