- Conference proceedings will be submitted to and published via the IEEE Xplore Digital Library
- All papers must be submitted electronically through the EDAS. The works must be original and not previously published.
- In the case of multiple authors, at least one of the authors of an accepted paper must register and attend the Conference to present the work.
