Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU), through its Lifelong Learning Center (LLC), is proud to announce the launch of the Diploma in Municipal Studies in collaboration with Platform 4 Progress (P4P).

This program is designed to equip leaders and public sector professionals with the cutting-edge skills and practical knowledge needed to drive meaningful change in their communities. Drawing insights from municipalities within the Kesrouane region, the program blends academic rigor with applied expertise, enabling participants to strengthen governance capacity, improve service delivery, and foster more inclusive and resilient local development.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

Apply advanced concepts of good governance and leadership in Lebanese municipal contexts.
