At least one of the authors of each uploaded paper needs to register and pay the conference fee ($250 or $300) before June 3, 2009.

This applies even if the author or authors of the paper are students.

Students registering for the conference at the student fee, as additional attendees, can do so starting June 1, 2009 and need to show proof of their student status, such as student ID or letter of enrollment from their university, when arriving at the conference.
