As a senior management professional, Maya works with organization leadership to transform business in order to achieve identified strategic plan She is a seasoned leader in Sales, Strategic and Key Account Management. She has wide knowledge in experience management (XM) spectrum; namely Customer, Citizen, Employee, Brand and Product Experience. She sets and directs Global Customer Experience Management (CXM) Strategies. In addition to that  she has experience in spearheading and putting in place customer retention, lost customer win-back programs, establishing and cascading strategic customer partnership programs, growing and divesting customers. Maya has also deep knowledge in setting up Lead Generation programs, CRM system and processes in addition to strategizing, developing and overseeing implementation of integrated omni-channel campaigns.

She holds a BA degree in International Business Management from NDU and Executive MBA degree from ESCP Europe.

She is the winner of "Customer Experience Professional of the Year" at 2020 Gulf Customer Experience Awards in Dubai-UAE. Named 1 of the Top 6 Highly Commended CX Professionals worldwide by Customer Think in UK. She is also Recognized Training Providers (RTP) by Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA) in USA and a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).

Maya is the Principal Sales for INDEVCO Consultancy. She is mother to Mikael, Alexander and Yasmina.
