The Mariam and Youssef Library at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU), in collaboration with Château Ksara, is presenting Cheers to Christmas: Sip for a Cause, a seasonal initiative that brings together cultural learning and philanthropic support. Taking place on December 8, 2025, the program includes guided discussions on cheese and wine traditions, two structured tasting sessions for eligible adult members of the university community, and a display of the Library’s interdisciplinary resources related to viticulture, gastronomy, and cultural studies.
The initiative aims to strengthen community ties while supporting student financial aid through the sale of Château Ksara wine bottles from December 8 to December 18. Registration fees—USD 10 for students and USD 15 for faculty and staff—directly contribute to the financial aid fund. This event underscores the Library’s commitment to fostering cultural literacy, community engagement, and support for students within the academic environment.
