Program Overview

This five-day immersive STEM program in Lebanon offers high school students hands-on experiments and interactive activities in a wide range of fields, including AI, Medical Sciences, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Physics, and Astrophysics. Designed to inspire young minds, this program makes learning fun, memorable, and impactful, while fostering a passion for science and exploration.

Throughout the camp, students will dive into different scientific disciplines, engaging in real-world experiments and activities. The program also introduces students to potential career paths in both applied and natural sciences, not only in Lebanon but also internationally, opening their eyes to the many exciting opportunities in the STEM fields.

*Rotating Science Activities change daily and include Physics and Astronomy (Exploring the Universe), Math Challenges (Problem-Solving and Puzzles), Human Biology (Body Systems and Functions), Chemistry Experiments (Reactions and Fun Demos), and Eco-friendly Innovations (Sustainable Solutions).

Participants

  • Open to high school students (Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12)

 

Outcomes for Participants

By the end of the program, participants will:

  • Gain hands-on experience with scientific experiments and applications.
  • Develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in science and technology.
  • Explore potential career paths in the fields of natural and applied sciences.
  • Network with NDU faculty and students, fostering academic growth and mentorship.
  • Receive a Certificate of Attendance upon successful completion of the program.

Trainer Profiles

  • All trainers are full-time and part-time faculty members at Notre Dame University-Louaize, Lebanon.

 

Certificate of Attendance

All participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance on the final day of the program, distributed by the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences.
