Program Overview
This three-day immersive architecture program in Lebanon introduces high school students to the dynamic field of architecture. Through interactive discussions, hands-on design exercises, and collaborative projects, participants will gain a deeper understanding of architecture and the skills needed for a successful career.
The program provides students with an exciting opportunity to study architecture in Lebanon, explore its practical and theoretical aspects, and discover whether architecture is the right career path for them. Project 1: Solo Work – Transforming a given bungalow into a personalized shelter through drawings and modeling.

Project 2: Group Work – Writing a story in a selected space and intersecting two volumes to represent the concept, considering symmetry, balance, proportions, and scale.

Outcomes for Participants
By the end of the program, participants will:
- Introduction to University-Level Architecture – Gain insight into architecture as a profession and the educational path required.

- Creative and Collaborative Experience – Enhance design skills through solo and group projects, fostering creativity and teamwork.
Trainer Profile
- Issam Chemaly holds a Bachelor of Architecture (2004) and a Master of Arts in Design (2017) from Notre Dame University-Louaize, Lebanon. He is the author and columnist in architecture publications.
Certificate of Attendance
All participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance on the final day of the program, distributed by the Ramez G. Chagoury Faculty of Architecture, Arts, and Design.
