Reverend Father Abdo Antoun
Biography

Fr. Abdo Antoun was born in Wadi Bnehley - Shouf, Lebanon on 1964.

Education

• B.A. in Philosophy and Theology (1992), St. John–Lateran(Rome)
• D.E.A in Theology (1997), Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK)
• Masters Degrees in Ecclesiology (1998) - (PIO,Rome)
• Doctorate in Ecclesiology (2005) - ( PIO, Rome)

Career

• Ordained Priest in 1992
• Assigned as Priest of Our Lady of the Hill Parish in Deir el-Qamar (1992-1993)
• Financial Director at St. Rita School, Dbayeh (1993-1995)
• Pastoral Mission in Versailles and Yvelline,France (1998-1999)
• Vice-rector of St. Rita School Dbayeh, and Director of St. Rita Technical School (1999-2002)
• Assigned as Priest of St. Elia – Aana in the West Bekaa (2002-2004)
• Professor - teaching History of the Maronite Church
• Director of Digitization and Manuscripts at NDU (2006-2009)
• Director of the Marian Studies Center (MSC) at NDU-Louaize (2009-Present)
• St. Maroun Jubilee Committee Member (2010)
• Spiritual delegate from the Maronite Order (OMM) to the Association of "Children of Mary, Queen of Peace" (Christian and Muslim lawyers)
