Organizational Behavior and Change Management - MGT 627

Organizational behavior - OB - investigates the impact individuals, groups and structure have on behavior and performance within organizations. Responding timely and effectively to dynamic environmental demands requires a good operational understanding of individual and group dynamics, values, needs and attitudes, perceptions and motivations, power politics and conflicts at work. OB is concerned with what people do in organizations and how that behavior affects performance. Prerequisite: MGT 620.
