RISC/CISC Processors, Registers, Memory
organization. Instructions, execution and
timing. Interfacing with peripherals. Static and
Dynamic Interrupts. Designing and Interfacing
with state of the art microprocessors.
Assembly language programming. Hardware
Description Language (HDL) will be used
for homework assignments and projects.
Prerequisites: EEN 310, EEN 323/CSC 312.
Corequisite: EEN 425.
