Patrick Khachan is a Human Resource expert who brings more than a decade of experience in Human Resource Management in Lebanon and the Gulf region. Patrick acquired distinctive skills and abilities related to training, research and development, project management, assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Patrick is currently an Assistant HR Director at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) and has been exposed to the different HR practices across the Middle East. Since 2012, Patrick has been developing and delivering workshops in management skills, supervisor skills, presentation skills, human resources, people management and other related topics. He is known for his dynamic and hands-on approach and his ability to engage participants in learning experiences.
He assisted and supported managers within various organizations in becoming more HR literate and making sound and strategic HR decisions. He helped organizations equip their people in making them more aware of the importance of strategically recruiting, training, and aligning organizational goals with all levels of the organization. He has also contributed in developing the recruiting and training systems for various SMEs across the region.
Patrick holds Bachelor Degree from NDU in Lebanon where he is currently pursuing his MBA. He is an accredited trainer with international standards.
