Nabil is an HR professional since 2001 with a wide experience in the field. He currently holds the position of Assistant Director, HR-Projects at NDU. He previously occupied a senior HR position with the Lebanese Ceramic Industries Company (LECICO) where he was responsible for carrying out all HR policies and procedures.
In addition to his responsibilities dedicated to the HR discipline, Nabil continues to design systems and develop policies for organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Being a subject matter expert, he plays a major role in providing consultation to the University administrators and staff regarding the understanding and implementation of the Lebanese labor law and the NSSF rules and regulations.
Nabil holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Lebanese University and an MBA in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management from NDU.
