Johnny is a certified professional in talent development (CPTD), a certification earned from the Association for Talent Development in the US, and an NDU alumnus with both, a BA in Business Administration and an MBA.
In 2013, he co-founded Tawjih, a private company for training and consultancy working with the private and public sector as well as NGOs on talent development and performance improvement projects and programs.
With more than 12 years of experience in the training and development field, Johnny had the chance to design and deliver interactive training and coaching programs mainly for interpersonal and managerial skills for more than 7000 individuals coming from 13 different sectors in Lebanon, UAE, KSA, Greece, Cyprus and France.
Besides training and development, he has developed an extensive experience in recruitment and selection for the educational field. Another career milestone was his job as career guidance counselor for Saints-Coeurs High Schools network in Lebanon for almost 15 years where he designed several career guidance programs and initiated unconventional activities to help youth make a better career choice.
In 2020, he has co-initiated “The Entertraining show”; the first Emotional Intelligence online training program in the Middle East designed and delivered with well-known celebrities.
Instructional design and training delivery were always his passion, which gave him the motivation to stay creative and bring an added value to the field.
Since 2009, he has been lecturing HR and Management courses as a part-time instructor at NDU-DCE with lot of enthusiasm to meet in each course students coming from different professional and academic backgrounds.
