Elie El Mir

Accomplished HR Leader, results-oriented professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, team development, HR/change management, and project administration. Elie has a solid history of success in streamlining the overall operations of the HR department, organizing training/development programs, and delivering HR guidance to meet company requirements.

He is an NDU Graduate with an MBA in Human Resources Management and holder of SHRM-SCP as well as a certified Coach.

Elie has more than 14 years of experience in the HR field and assumed several leadership roles with regional and multinational companies such as Indevco, Fattal, Agility and Air France. Currently he is working with Transmed as Head of HR for Africa.

 

Throughout his career, Elie has developed solid leadership skills and achieved win-win results:

  • Proven success in advising companies on a wide range of issues involving the organization's workforce.
  • Adept at managing discipline and grievance issues, maintaining sharing knowledge of employment legislation/best practice, and leading organizational changes.

  • Consummate team builder and leader of interdisciplinary teams with the dynamic ability to drive staff to overcome complex obstacles.

 

Furthermore, he has demonstrated expertise in HAY grading processes. He is adept at creating and implementing learning strategies/programs as well as reviewing individual and organizational development needs. He is a remarkable acumen in manpower planning and integrated talent management, performance management, and change management.

Since 2008, he has been passionately lecturing HR, Management and leadership courses as a part-time instructor at NDU-DCE.
