Development Plans in North America

Recognizing the imperative to initiate and spearhead development plans and activities in the United States and Canada, in alignment with Notre Dame University-Louaize's (NDU) Strategic Plan 2015-2020, Fady Garabet has been appointed as the Director of Development in North America. In this role, he will undertake the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of short- and long-term strategies related to grants and scholarship programs, student exchange initiatives, cooperative relationships, and planned giving campaigns.

 

 

Biography

Garabet possesses an MBA in Economics and Finance and is presently pursuing a PhD in Finance. With a wealth of experience spanning over 30 years, he has held various managerial positions across diverse industries, including manufacturing, software development, and marketing, in both the United States and Lebanon. Throughout his career, he has achieved notable successes in negotiations, public relations, strategic planning, and execution, contributing to the creation and launch of numerous business plans across the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Lebanon. His proficiency in business and IT management, coupled with exceptional communication skills, has enabled him to adeptly address and resolve complex business and technical challenges.

Furthermore, Garabet has authored several research papers in the fields of technology, manufacturing, marketing, and retail management. He has been honored with the Silver Massabki Brothers Medallion in 2009 and serves as a board member of the National Apostolate of the Maronites (NAM), as well as the chairperson of the Joseph F. Garabet Charitable Foundation.
