Counseling Services – Somewhere on your List of Priorities Should be YOU!

At times, everyone feels stressed out, depressed, angry, anxious, or confused. Sometimes, a good friend or a relative can help. However, there are times when these problems do not go away or they become too overwhelming. These are the times when one should seek professional help.

Counseling is an interaction between a person who feels "stuck" in some way and another person who is trained in helping people get "unstuck."

The Alumni Affairs Office is happy to announce the launching of a new service for NDU graduates. The Counseling service aims at providing counseling services for alumni, including but not limited to:

  • Individual counseling
  • Couples counseling
  • Family counseling

This service strictly protects the confidentiality of information shared during sessions. The counselors are ethically committed to confidentiality. This means that even your attendance in counseling is kept private and confidential.

The professional staff is available to assist Alumni in the resolution of these problems. Through this process, people often gain increased awareness, independence, and effectiveness in the pursuit of personal goals. These services are available free of charge to NDU graduates.
