Hady G. Hajjar

Hady G. Hajjar is an accomplished Lebanese entrepreneur who has established himself as a pioneer in advertising and marketing, with a primary focus on working with celebrities. With a track record of over 20 years, Hajjar possesses unique experience in the realm of media and celebrity management.


In 2001, he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management with a Minor in Radio/Television and Film from Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU). This educational experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of international marketing principles and equipped him with valuable knowledge in the field of audiovisual production. Recognizing the significance of continuous learning and professional growth, he pursued his graduate studies and earned a Master of Business Administration degree.


Hajjar began his career in 2003 by joining the marketing, concerts, and events team at the renowned record label, Rotana Audio Visual. Through unwavering persistence, dedication, and hard work, he swiftly rose through the ranks, achieving the position of Executive Marketing Manager in 2008 and later becoming Marketing Director in 2014.


During his tenure at Rotana, Hajjar led the implementation of innovative marketing strategies that made a significant impact on the industry. As the Director of the Branded Entertainment and Marketing Department, he guided a team dedicated to delivering inventive entertainment solutions within the Rotana Audio Sector (RAS). His visionary approach and strategic thinking played a pivotal role in enhancing the brand's visibility and market presence.


As Marketing Director for Rotana, Hajjar also played a key role in establishing significant partnerships with renowned international brands. He facilitated major collaborations that elevated the brand's profile and expanded its global reach. Furthermore, Hajjar spearheaded highly successful marketing campaigns and events for some of the most prominent artists in the region.


Drawing from his valuable experience in the music and celebrity management field, along with a vision that aimed to blend traditional practices with innovative ideas, Hajjar embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in 2016. Alongside his friend and partner, Tarek Abou Jaoude, he co-founded HuManagement, an innovative marketing agency based in Dubai, while stepping away from his position at Rotana.


Driven by his passion for pushing boundaries and creating unique solutions, Hajjar transformed HuManagement into a dynamic, full-fledged agency. It quickly emerged as a leading agency in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, becoming the first of its kind to operate as a representative/agent for numerous Middle Eastern and international celebrities across various fields. The agency's primary focus lies in celebrity management and brand endorsements, offering a comprehensive suite of services, including product integration, production services, social media management, concerts and events organization, as well as public relations.

 

Hajjar is happily married to Sally Moussa, also an alumna, who is a Public Relations and Media Executive by profession and the Managing Partner at HuManagement, working alongside her husband. Together, they form a dynamic team, leveraging their combined expertise and passion to drive the agency's success. In addition to their professional endeavors, they are proud parents of three children: Hally, Hady Jr., and Lilly.

Hajjar actively participates in various industry events and media platforms, sharing his expertise and insights with a wide audience. On October 8, 2018, he was invited to speak as a digital media expert at the Arab Net conference held in Kuwait. Additionally, he was a featured guest at the Arab Net conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he discussed the disruptive power of influencers in social media. His valuable insights shed light on the changing dynamics and strategies within the realm of influencer marketing.


Hajjar was featured in Vogue Arabia, where he shared his exclusive secrets on celebrity management, offering unique insights into the industry. He has also been interviewed by notable publications such as Communicate and Arab News, further showcasing his deep knowledge and experience in the field. Most recently, Hajjar took part in a panel for Forbes Middle East in Riyadh, where he spoke about building credibility for celebrities to go global.
