On Thursday May 20,2010 Mr. Mohamad Salam, Mrs. Ghada Eid and Mrs. Catherine Kfoury Anjoul (Kaamemakam AL Koura) representing his Excellency the Minister of Interior Mr. Ziad Baroud, lectured on the rules and regulations pertaining to the role and practice of the media and the press in the advertising campaigns of the municipalities' election. Students from NDU and from other universities in the region attended the event, together with some invitees from the North area.
