Notre Dame University-Louaize North Lebanon Campus (NDU-NLC) organized on April 20, 2018, its annual “Open Doors” to share its educational and engaging spirit with all high school students from across the North Lebanon region. This successful event featured both academic- and fun-related activities organized by six Faculties.
The high schools represented included:
Ecole Al-Carmelia, Mejdlaya;
Universal School of Lebanon, Batroumine;
North Lebanon College, Zgharta;
Ecole Nationale Grecque Orthodoxe des Jeunes Filles, Zehriye;
College des Freres, Deddeh;
Bishmizzine High School;
College des Filles de la Charite, Dar En Nour;
Tripoli Evangelical School, Ras Maska;
Ecole Sainte Therese, Hadchit;
Sebael Official School;
Ecole St. Joseph des Peres Carmes, Zehriyeh;
David Karam Educational Center, Nakhle;
Andre Nahas Official School, Mina; and
Ecole Saint Joseph Des Peres Capuchins, Batroun.
Each Faculty had representatives introducing to prospective students the various Faculties and majors at NLC. Visiting students were taken on a tour around campus where they met with faculty and staff members, and mingled with current NLC students. NLC professors, administrators, and students devoted their time and effort to make this an exceptional event.
Brimming with lively entertainment and exciting games, and great food prepared by the various NDU Clubs, the event’s sponsors included Dunkin Donuts, Karim Biscuit, Obegi, Promonet Advertising, and Nescafe. Sensodyne Rapid Action samples and brochures were distributed in the Chill Test supported by GSK Consumer Health Care.
