NDU students, Nathalie Hajj and Yara Berberi, two of the top ranking students majoring in English Literature at NDU were selected to participate in the 11th International Lord Byron conference, organized by the Messolonghi Research Byron Center in Greece last Spring.
Nathalie and Yara were given the opportunity to present their research papers which the Academic Organizing Committee ranked among the top three student presentations. Dr. Naji Oueijan, Professor of English Literature at NDU, and Joint President of the International Association of Byron Societies (IABS), accompanied the students to this conference which included professors and students from America, Europe, and the Middle East.
