NDU AND ICT SIGN MOU

Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Catholic Institute of Toulouse (ICT), France; thereby, establishing a framework for cooperation between the two institutions to facilitate further collaborative activities in the academic, cultural, and scientific fields. Under the general terms and conditions set out in the MOU, the two institutions will work closely to establish a viable foundation for research and training.

NDU, represented by its president, Fr. Pierre Najem, and ICT, represented by its rector, Dominican Father R.P. Luc-Thomas Somme, agreed to pursue this cooperation agreement in a spirit guided by reflection and wisdom, as espoused by the Catholic-based values and mission of both institutions.

Classified as an association promoting the public interest, the ICT is an academic center composed of faculties, organizations, and schools where the focus is on teaching and learning in a research-rich environment enhanced by its diversity in social backgrounds and cultures.

The current MoU specifically aims to broaden student and faculty exchange in an effort to define and implement collaborative research training programs.
