Assistant Professor in Middle Eastern Studies

The FPSPAD at Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) in Lebanon invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Middle Eastern Studies at the Assistant Professor level starting late September 2012. Candidates should have a PhD, with preference given to those who have American experience. Previous teaching and/or post-doctoral experience is a plus. Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) is a private, Lebanese non-profit Catholic Institution of higher education which adopts the American system of education. The successful applicant is expected to teach mostly undergraduate and service courses, teach graduate courses, engage in research that can involve undergraduates, and participate in the academic/social life of the University).
