Aim & Scope

CTTACS'08 seeks submissions in all areas of computer science. The aim of the conference is to deliver a platform for professionals from academia, industry, and government working in all current areas of computer science to present their latest research findings. The conference will feature contributed as well as invited papers concerned with theory, practice and applications. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Paper Submission

Form of Manuscript: Not to exceed 20 double-spaced, A4 pages
(including figures, tables and references) in 12 points font. Number
each page. Include an abstract, five to ten keywords, the technical area(s)
most relevant to your paper, and the corresponding author's e-mail address.
Electronic Submission: Submissions will be handled via email to Fouad Chedid.

Important Dates
  • Paper Submission - March 15, 2007, extended to April 15, 2007.
  • Author Notification - May 1, 2007
  • Camera-ready copy due - May 10, 2007
  • Conference - June 7-8, 2007
  • Conference - February 28-29, 2008


Tutorials will be held in conjunction with the conference. Tutorial proposals should be submitted to Tutorial Chair

Poster Submission

Posters (an abstract on a single A4 page in 12 point font) should be submitted to one of the poster coordinators

Best Poster Award

The program committee for CTTACS'08 will select one poster for the best poster award.

Best Student Paper Award

The program committee for CTTACS'08 will select one paper for the best student paper award. Papers with a student author
as the major contributor and presenter may be eligible for this award.
