Civil Law VI: Special Contracts II - LAW 303

The course is designed to introduce students to the key concepts and theories of Special Contracts. The course explores the following topics: introduction to special contracts, comparison between nominate and innominate contracts, domestic and international sales agreement, lease, agency, and contracting agreement.
Prerequisites: LAW 203, LAW 301.
