Law VI: Special Contracts II - LAW 303

The course is designed to introduce students to the key concepts and theories of Special Contracts. The course explores the following topics: Introduction to special contracts; comparison between nominate and innominate contracts; domestic and international sales agreement; lease; agency; contracting agreement.
Prerequisites: LAW 203, LAW 301.
Language of Instruction: Arabic (legal terms, however, are also given in English and French).
