Register & Submit


All participants aiming to submit an abstract and subsequently poster or paper, or an entry for the photography competition must first complete the registration form prior to submitting their entry.

Registration fees are divided according to the type of participation, and the period of registration as follows:

Early bird (Sept 2017- 30 April 2018)
Regular (1 May 2018- 30 October 2018)

Note that registration for the street photography competition is open until April 30, 2018 only.

Registration fees for regular participants and students include:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Admission to keynote speeches
  • Admission to reception
  • Admission to poster exhibitions
  • Conference materials (delegate package including proceedings, final program and so on)
  • Breaks and lunches
  • Publication of the paper in online conference proceedings
  • Admission to one of the mobile workshops


Accompanying person registration fees include:

The registration fee should be paid in U.S. Dollars (US$) using one of the following methods:


Online Payment

Using the online payment allows you to use your master card or visa card. Payment will be charged in US$. The credit card authorization form could be alternatively used, signed and sent to the conference organizing committee (


Bank Transfer

Kindly note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted until August 31, 2018. After this date, only card payments will be accepted (either using the online payment or by completing the card payment authorization form, and sending it to the conference organizing committee on Important note: All payments made through bank transfer should be net of any bank charges. Participants are responsible for paying the full bank charges in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies: the conference organizing committee must be informed by email ( about the request to cancel the registration application. Appropriate refunds will be made after the conference ends under the following conditions:

Conference Welcome Reception is free of charge: NDU Dome Cafeteria, Wednesday, October 31, 18.00-20.00.

Conference Banquet is against a fee: on Thursday, November 1, 20.00-23.00.

Mobile workshop is free of charge: the workshops will take place on Thursday, November 1, 9.00-17.00.


Invitation letters from the conference organizing committee will be issued upon a request sent by email and only for those persons who have already registered to attend the conference.


Personal Data Protection: The information you provide will be used for creating a list of participants using your full name, organization, and email address. This list of participants will be made available to other conference attendees.
