The Faculty of Architecture, Art and Design (FAAD) and the Lebanese Emigration Research Center (LERC) at Notre Dame University in Lebanon, invite artists from Lebanon and abroad to participate in a contemporary art exhibition on the Lebanese Diaspora.

The main objective of the proposed event is to contribute in bringing the Lebanese Diaspora close to its land of origin through the avenue of art, this event to be but one single link of a long and solid chain of cultural events meant to create a universal Lebanese society and culture spreading across the five continents. This art exhibition aims at providing participants with an opportunity to reflect on Lebanese Diaspora in all its aspects. It also aspires to establish the first art gallery on the Lebanese Diaspora at the “Lebanon and Migration Museum” of Notre Dame University-Louaizé.

The jury met on the 1^st of February 2010 and following thorough examination of 298 Art works presented by 129 artists, retained 83 Art works by 54 artists.
