Graduation & Commencement
 

Graduation is the term for completing the course of study at the University and fulfilling all the requirements for the degree. Commencement refers to the ceremony celebrating those who are receiving their degrees from NDU in a given year. At the Commencement ceremony, degrees are officially conferred on candidates by the President of the University.

Graduation Announcements
All announcements regarding Commencement 2010 are provided throughout the electronic boards located in different areas at NDU and on the NDU website.

Commencement Date and Time
Summer 2009 graduates, fall 2009 graduates and spring 2010 graduates all join in one commencement ceremony on Friday July 2, 2010 at 7:15pm. The event will run approximately 2 ½ hours in length. Graduating students should report to the processional line-up no later than 5:30p.m. Please be advised that guests must be in the Main location at 6:30p.m. The procession will begin promptly at 7:15 p.m.

Attendance
To participate in the Commencement, all summer, fall graduates 2009 and spring graduates 2010 are requested to open their SIS and click on the graduation menu in order to fill the on-line request for participation by latest Monday June 28, 2010.
