The pinning ceremony is a symbolic welcoming of new graduates into the Alumni Community. Pinning provides each graduating student with the opportunity to walk across the stage and be “pinned” by an Alumnus/Alumna of their respective faculty. The Pinning ceremony usually takes place during the second rehearsal, the night before the Commencement Ceremony, in the presence of the President of NDU. The Pinning Ceremony is organized, planned and coordinated by the Alumni Affairs Office.
